If they need the contact person, contact number, and exact warehouse number, they need to generate the shipping label wherein all those information are included. You can give them the corresponding supplier link together with your Client ID. – That’s it!

I just purchased an item from Alibaba/Aliexpress. How do i use your service?

We don’t really recommend going through the checkout process of Alibaba or Aliexpress because that routes you through their standard order fulfillment process – which basically means the regular export-import procedures that gets people in trouble with customs (unless you’re own an importer’s license).

If it isn’t too late yet, we recommend completing the transaction outside of Alibaba or Aliexpress. Don’t worry, this is common business practice for suppliers as it also allows them to save on transaction fees.

Your supplier will send you a payment request which you can grant via Paypal for small transactions or wire transfer (aka TT or telegraphic transfer) for bigger transactions. If you want us to wire payments on your behalf, click here.

Once your supplier is paid, just send them your Client ID (get one here) and the appropriate shipping link which you can get here.

From there, your shipment will be initiated and all you have to do is wait for it to arrive.

Do you offer different box sizes with different prices?

No. We just accept boxes from your suppliers regardless of their weight and size.

You will receive your item just the way we got them in our China warehouse. It may be as small as a shoe box or as big as a car (no we cannot ship a car, we’re just using its size for comparison purposes only), as long as it can fit in a 40 foot container, we will get that item here for you 🙂

Is it possible to get my import cost when i haven't even finalized my purchase yet?

Yes! All you have to do is ask your supplier for the gross weight and dimensions of your cargo, and fill up a quote request form.

If you don’t have a supplier yet to give you the measurements, you can fill it up with your best estimates – but remember: real measurements = real cost. If you want numbers you can work with, just ask a supplier. They can easily give it to you because it’s readily available info for them.

Do i have to pay customs taxes and duties?

No. We take care of shipping and clearance of your imported items.

Actually, you only pay us once you receive your items. NO PAYMENT will be collected until you receive your items/cargo which is why we do our best to get your items to you.

I'm at Alibaba/Aliexpress checkout, there’s an option of international couriers to use, which one should I choose?

DO NOT complete the checkout process as you won’t be using any of those couriers. Communicate with the supplier and tell him/her that your item will be shipped locally within China (our warehouse) so therefore the shipping rate should be way lower and the courier they will be using for that isn’t included in that list. Once they are informed, they will edit the final price that should be settled to finalize your checkout process.

Are you a brokerage firm or a forwarder?

We are not a customs broker. We are a forwarder. However, we do everything a customs broker and a forwarder does and more. We are a full end-to-end service provider and our convenience cannot be matched.

You just forward your Client ID and our shipping link to your supplier and you’re done. See how it works

What are the items i can import?

We could’ve called ourselves “import almost anything” but that’s just too long.

To answer the question, you can import almost anything through us with a few exceptions:

Live plants and animals
Gas powered vehicles
Anything requiring temperature control
Medicine (but medical equipments are OK)
Firearms and explosives

Apart from these, you’re pretty much all clear. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask.

Do i have to pay for shipping and customs duties and taxes separetely?

No. One of the advantages we offer is we can you an all-inclusive charge. You don’t have to worry about the dizzying array of fees that you have to deal with when you use regular forwarders.

Why would one want to use your service when there’s DHL, FedEx, UPS and other shipping companies?

There are pros and cons.

If you use them, you can be guaranteed that your shipment (take note we said “shipment”) will be fast. But the cost of shipping anything through these companies is similar to the cost of a person’s plane ticket – adjusted to the amount of space item occupies and its weight – plus customs duties and taxes. There just isn’t any workaround for that one when you ship with them.

DHL, FedEx, and UPS are recommended when you are sending small items that are time-sensitive such as samples – which you many need right away to make a business decision.

But when you’ve made the decision to import quantities for reselling or if the volume simply isn’t what you’d call “small” (hint: anything larger than a shoebox is going to cost you a fortune), you have to go by sea.

Air shipping just isn’t a viable long-term solution for getting shipments in frequently. You could easily be paying 5x the amount your cargo when you factor in all the surprise fees.

Fun fact: A lot of the stuff that are being auctioned off by customs are air shipments at consignees decide to abandon due to prohibitive cost of clearing them.

Shipping by sea is your only choice if you’re importing increasing volumes on a regular basis.

How can I be sure that your service is easier and cheaper than the shipping companies mentioned above?

If you check our how it works page, you’ll see that our process only requires two steps until your cargo is ready for pickup or door-to-door delivery.

If you have your supplier ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS anything bigger than a small sample (with no commercial value), you won’t have to do anything to get it shipped out.

But when your cargo arrives at customs, you will get an email notification which is going to be a start of merry-go-round of documentary requirements which can only be ended abruptly by telling the company who sent you the notification that, “I don’t have those. How much do I need to pay for this to stop?”

Like we said in the answer for another question, most of the items BOC auctions off are shipments that consignees decide to abandon due to the prohibitive cost of clearing them.

How long does it take for my items to get to your Philippines warehouse?

When you send you Client ID and Shipping Link to your supplier (see how it works) and your cargo arrives at our foreign warehouse, it will immediately be loaded into a container which will depart in 3 business days or less.

From there, it will take 3-4 days on sea until it arrives at Philippine customs. Clearing the container usually takes a week, then it will be transferred to our releasing facility. When it gets to our facility, we will unload and notify you that your cargo is ready to settlement and pickup/delivery.

All in all, it takes an average of 2 weeks. However we can only give you the average. We never guarantee arrival dates since customs clears shipments longer than usual, but sometimes they also do it faster.

What's your shipping method?

Our primary specialty is shipping by sea. But we also offer air shipping.

Air shipping is faster. You get your items in an average of four days. But it’s expensive.

Sea shipping is slower. You get your items in an average or two weeks. But it’s economical.

When and how do I settle payment?

Payment is only due once we’ve cleared your cargo out of customs and it’s at our releasing facility.

We will send you the bill which you can settle by bank deposit. And once your payment clears, you can pick up your cargo or have it delivered to your door.

What if I need my items ASAP?

We would not advise you to use our service. Though we can do a lot for you, we cannot guarantee anything when comes to time constraints. If you still want to use our service, the best thing we could suggest is for you to order or do your purchasing in advance. However, take note that should you ship using a different service (such as FedEx/UPS/DHL/etc.) for your express shipping, they will act as your customs broker and expect to pay high tax and fees. There are also times wherein clearing of items are beyond their control which only means that you have to hire a third party licensed broker (another expensive cost on top of your shipment).

Do i have to be registered as a business to use your service?

Anyone can use your service even if you are not a registered business.

I am from outside Metro Manila, can I use your service?

Yes! Of course, you can still use our service. There are a lot of local forwarding or local courier services in our country so we use them to transport the items from here in our Manila warehouse to wherever part of the Philippines it needs to be delivered. We normally use local forwarding or courier services but we can use a forwarder of your choice.

I want to import products that are not from the countries you service. Can you help?

Yes we can. However, if it’s not coming from the countries we specialize in, we can only bring in whole containers for you (full or partially filled).

To get a quotation, we will need a copy of the proforma invoice and packing list. You can get these from your supplier.
