If you found out about us too late and now you have a shipment that is being held at customs, or if your shipment is already inbound and you know it will get apprehended by the BOC, we can help.
Step 1: Fill up the quotation form below.
Under “Request a quotation for”, choose “customs clearance”.
Step 2: Provide shipment details
Please upload your waybill and the invoice. If you don’t have the files, you will have to enter the details manually.
Step 3: Pay the assessment fee
Upload the proof of payment for the assessment fee. This amount is refundable if it is outside of our ability to get your shipment out of customs.
Other important notes:
- The longer you wait, the more it will cost to get your shipment cleared
- You must refrain from shopping around for different agents to clear your cargo. It results in attracting unwanted attention and your shipment becomes “too hot to handle”.
