INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
The first thing you have to do is to get a Client ID. It’s quick and easy. You only need an email address. You can get your Client ID at https://importanything.ph/register/

STEP 2
The second thing you have to do is to forward your Client ID to your supplier along with the appropriate Shipping Link from below. You have to copy the URL and forward it to them.

Important note regarding air shipping: If shipping batteries or electronics with batteries, medical supplies and medical equipment, and other sensitive items, please send photos of the items to claire@importanything.ph or call 0917 638 4274 for approval. 

The link will provide the supplier all the instructions they need to process your shipment. After sending it to your supplier with the Client ID, all you have to do is wait for our notification of your shipment’s arrival. 

Importing from Non-Specialty Countries

If you’re importing from a country outside our specialty list, we can still process the shipment but we will require a few documents which you need to get from your supplier: the invoice, packing list, and the bill of lading/airway bill if your shipment is already en route or is being held at Philippine customs.
